How do I cancel?
Go to your account page, put in your email, and we send you a link. From there cancelling is two clicks. You can also reply to any order email and we will do it for you. We do not make you call anyone, and we do not hide the button.
What if I have too many jars?
Skip the next shipment or move to a longer schedule instead of cancelling. Both take a couple of clicks in the same place. A jar lasts most guys two to three months, so if you are stacking up, every three months is probably your cadence.
When am I charged?
Today for the first jar, then on the same schedule you picked. We email you a few days before each charge so nothing is a surprise, and that email has a skip link in it.
Does the price change later?
Not for you. If we ever raise the price, subscribers already on keep the rate they signed up at.
What if I do not like it?
