Start warm
Wet your scalp with warm water. Warm softens the skin and opens things up so the grounds are not fighting you.

Work it in
A scoop about the size of a teaspoon. Slow circles for thirty to sixty seconds. Let the coffee do the work instead of pressing hard.

Rinse and go
Rinse clean, towel dry. Two or three times a week is the sweet spot. If you shave your head, scrub before the razor, not after.

Is this only for bald guys?
It is built for bald and shaved heads, which is where scalp buildup and razor irritation actually live. It works fine on a buzzed or thinning head, and it works on your face and body too. The formula just happens to be aimed at the top.
How long will one jar last?
12 oz at roughly a teaspoon per use, two or three times a week, runs about two to three months for most people. Heavy hands go faster.
Will it help my hair grow back?
No. This is a scrub, not a treatment. It cleans, exfoliates, and conditions the skin on your head. Anyone telling you a scrub regrows hair is selling something else.
How often is too often?
Daily is too much for most people. Two or three times a week gives the skin time to recover between sessions.
What if my scalp is sensitive?
Start once a week and go lighter on the pressure. If you have a diagnosed skin condition or any broken skin, check with a dermatologist before using any scrub.
