Privacy

Short version: we collect what we need to ship you a jar and answer your questions. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we never see your card number.

What we collect

• Order details. Your name, email, shipping address, phone if you give it, and what you bought. We need these to ship and support the order.
• Payment data. Handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits and card brand. We never receive your full card number.
• Support messages. Whatever you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Assistant conversations. Questions you ask Keyli, our site assistant, so we can improve the answers. Do not put personal details into the chat; it does not need them.
• Basic analytics. Page views and referrers via a self-hosted Umami instance. It is cookie free and does not follow you across other sites.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
• We do not run Meta, Google, or TikTok advertising pixels on this site, so your visit is not being fed into an ad network.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something.

Who we share it with

Only the services required to run the business, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe for payments and subscription billing.
• Amazon SES to send order and account emails.
• Anthropic to generate the site assistant's replies.
• Shipping carriers to get the package to your door.

We may also disclose information where the law genuinely requires it. If that ever happens we will tell you unless we are legally barred from doing so.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes. Support messages are kept while they are useful. Assistant conversations are kept short term. Ask us to delete something and we will, except where we must keep a transaction record.

Your choices

• See or delete your data. Email brad@housepilot.io and we will handle it.
• Manage or delete a subscription. Your account page covers this without contacting us.
• Stop emails. Order and subscription emails are transactional and go with the purchase. Cancelling the subscription stops the recurring ones.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Card data goes straight from your browser to Stripe and never touches our server. Order data lives in a private database that is not reachable from the internet. No system is perfect, so if you believe something has gone wrong, tell us and we will act on it.

Children

This is a grooming product for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
